Gin, Aperol, lemon and pineapple are shaken and topped with crisp tonic to create a flavoursome long drink that’s finished with a pineapple spear.
Ingredients
35ml London dry gin
25ml Aperol
15ml lemon juice
50ml pineapple juice
Light tonic
Garnish: Pineapple spear
Method
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
Pour 35ml London dry gin, 25ml Aperol, 15ml lemon juice and 50ml pineapple juice.
Top up with Schweppes Signature Light Tonic Water.
Garnish with a pineapple spear.
